This Honey Cardamom Granola comes from one of our favorite books: Run Fast. Eat Slow.: Nourishing recipes for Athletes: A Cookbook, by Shalane Flanagan https://www.amazon.com/Run-Fast-Eat-Slow-Nourishing-ebook/dp/B01COAIDK2. It’s an easy recipe to make. We tripled it and using our KitchenAid Double Oven www.kitchenaid.com we were able to bake all three batches at once and have some extra granola to share with friends.
It’s been a great way to stay connected with friends, neighbors and family by dropping a little healthy treat on their doorstep. We love this and we think you will too!
